Every one wants to make more money. Many of these people turn to online businesses. Specifically affiliate programs. They will look for the perfect market to sell to. They’ll find the perfect products to promote. But yet they still can’t make many, if any sales.

So what are they doing wrong?

If you look at any successful affiliate marketers you’ll notice that there are 3 things that they will always do. These 3 simple steps can boost your affiliate sales tremendously and allow you to have the income of your dreams.

So what are the 3 steps?

1) Promote each product individually. Don’t just put a bunch of products on one site, but instead create an individual, unique site for each website. And give each website its own domain name. It may cost more money for hosting, and may require more time to create, but the results will be worth it.

Include a review of that product. Tell them what the product will do. Tell them about how great the product is. And what makes it so great.

Include customer testimonials. If someone writes a good review of the product include it on your site. Also if you don’t have any reviews yet, you could ask others to write a review of the product for you. You could try paying them to write a review, or offer them some other benefit for writing a review of the product.

2) Get potential client’s email address. If someone go’s on your site offer a free product, or some sort of free information that is related to the product that you’re trying to sell.

You could get an e-book, with master resale rights, related to the subject of your website. You could then offer that e-book for free if they join your mailing list.

Or you try giving free tips that will be sent to them through email. You should set up an auto responder and offer a certain amount of tips, and send one tip each day. A good amount of tips to send is 7 or 10.

No matter which method you choose you should always remember to include a link back to the product that you’re trying to promote.

In general it will take 7 times of seeing a product, for some one to finally purchase it. You will constantly want to remind potential clients about your product.

3) Get targeted traffic. It’s pointless to get visitors that aren’t interested in your product. Look for visitors that will actually buy your product.

There are multiple ways to get traffic, but the one that I will mention is one of the most common and popular ways to get traffic to your website.

The way that I will mention in this post is article marketing. Write articles and submit them to article directories. If you’re new to article marketing, try to just write 2 articles a week. Make these articles a few hundred words in length. I would recommender that you write at least 300 words but try not to write more than 600. This will allow you to have a good amount of quality information without boring your readers by making it to long.

These tactics are simple to do and can be done by anyone. Try these tactics to promote your products and see how well they work out. You may be surprised by the amount of income that you can make, for just a few hours of your time.
